In addition, if the revised version includes a material change, we will give you 30 days notice by posting the notice of the change on the “Policy Updates” page of our website. After such 30 day notice, you will be deemed to have agreed to all amendments made to this policy.

The user of our services may at any time stop receiving communications from our website. To do so, simply send an email to contato@anderalencar.com.br indicating your wish to no longer receive communications, or simply click on the ‘remove’ or ‘unsubscribe’ link at the end of each email.
How we collect information about you:
When you visit Ander Alencar and Oficina3D’s website or use the Ander Alencar and Oficina3D Services, we collect your IP address and standard web access information such as your browser type and the pages you have accessed on our website. If you sign up, we will collect the following types of information:

Financial information – the bank account and credit card numbers you provided when you purchased the Ander Alencar and Oficina3D Services.

Several third-party vendors, including Google, purchase advertising space on Internet sites. We eventually hired Google to display our ads in these spaces. To identify your visit to our website, both other third-party providers and Google use cookies, similarly to what is explained in the “How we use cookies” section. You can disable Google’s use of cookies by going to the Ads Preferences Manager.

Members of our corporate family will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you have requested their services.
– Contract service providers who collaborate in parts of our business operations; (fraud prevention, billing activities, marketing, technology services). Our agreements provide that these service providers will only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us, and not for their own benefit.
-Companies with which we intend to merge or acquire. (If a merger occurs, we will require the newly formed entity to follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information could be used against this policy, you will receive advance notice).
-Police authorities, government officials or other third parties when: we are required to do so by subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure, we need to do so to comply with the law or credit card association rules; We are cooperating with an ongoing police investigation, we believe in good faith that disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our User Agreement.

Please note that these third parties may be in other countries where legislation on the processing of personal information is less stringent than your country’s. In cases where our company and a partner jointly promote our Services, we may disclose to the partner certain personal information such as the name, address and username of persons who have signed up for our Services as a result of the joint promotion for the sole purpose of enabling to us and the partner to evaluate the results of the promotion.
