THE COMPLETE JOURNEY TO BECOME AN EXPERT IN RENDERING ARCHITECTURE

THE FOUR PILLARS
INDISPENSABLE

Play Video

These are the 4 complete training courses together, which we call “The 4 indispensable pillars”. The sum of all these courses is the result of hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in training, mentoring and the physical structure of experimentation throughout the career of Ander Alencar and the experts who work with our school.

A niche that has growing demand, is simple and has less hassle. The rendering market in Brazil and in the world is only growing. And the best: the competition for those who stand out is very low.

Have more autonomy. Conquer what many are looking for and never found: freedom. Be free to work wherever you want and for as many hours as you want.

Get where you never got before. Become the most sought-after and well-paid professional in the architecture field.

It’s not about pushing buttons. Much more than learning every detail of the software, understand how to create bold images by refining your look and exploring your creativity.

Do not waste time. What once took years to be learned within Archviz, now, with the right technology and method, you can do it in months (or even days!).

How much does it cost not to have all of this? If you were mastering realistic rendering today, and with that, you were earning 1, 2, 5, 10 thousand dollars per month and you were available to work wherever you want with what you really love, what would you be doing?

KNOW YOUR
TEACHER

Born in Blumenau (SC), Ander entered the architecture market in 1996, at just 15 years old, after taking his first architectural design course.

Ander left architecture school to study animation, and after participating in the production of the international feature film “Asterix and the Vikings”, he decided to unite his two greatest passions of his.

In 2004 he opened his own architectural rendering studio, Oficina3D Studio, serving clients in Brazil and around the world. Years later, in 2019, feeling the need to share his experience with him, Ander started creating weekly tutorials and videos about the rendering industry.

In the same year, he founded the OF3D Academy, where he teaches and mentors professional courses in the area.Today it has a great team that together have impacted tens of thousands of people .

What are you going to
learn in OF3D Full

Meet the
OF3D MASTERVIZ

In the first stage, which is the solid foundation, you will learn everything related to creating ultra-realistic architecture images, with high-performance rendering techniques, from the most basic to the most advanced. We don’t believe in magic: behind every fabulous visualization there is a method, and that’s exactly what we will teach you. Get ready to turn your work into a true visual spectacle and stand out in the rendering market.

The method is made up of
16 ESSENTIAL STEPS

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

FUNDAMENTALS

There is no practice without theory! Just like in the gym, first you have to understand the movements and then execute them. Within Archviz it is no different, it is necessary to equip yourself with some specific knowledge before getting your hands dirty. It would be a big mistake to underestimate fundamental concepts, such as photography, rules of composition, lighting, materials, colors, etc. Therefore, here you will build the necessary theoretical foundation to create breathtaking visualizations!

LIGHTING

Lighting is one of the main pillars behind a high-level rendering. This pillar can turn your render into a highly realistic view, or destroy it completely. Here’s one of the most essential parts of rendering for architecture: conveying emotions and telling stories — and that can’t be done without light

MATERIALS

We have been in contact with different materials and textures for a long time. This means that our senses are absolutely used to observing and feeling the different surfaces around us. Therefore, knowing how to observe the world around us, and being able to accurately reproduce the way materials behave in real life, is an indispensable skill for an elite 3D artist.

CAMERAS

Within the 3D world, cameras are the artist’s eyes. What’s the best angle? How to frame what really matters? What details, highlights and aspects of the scene do you need to highlight? In this module, all these and many other questions will be answered. In the end, you’ll know everything you need to be able to position and configure your cameras – like a pro!

MODELING AND RENDER SETUP

Theory without practice is worthless! It is necessary to know how to give importance to the technical details of 3D. When the objective is maximum quality and execution speed, having independence when modeling and knowing how to configure the render is crucial. With the knowledge acquired in this step, you will have the necessary confidence to never become a hostage of “ready blocks”.

INTERNAL, EXTERNAL SCENES AND HUMANIZED PLANTS

So you already have the theory, practice and domain of the software. The time has come to put it all together and live firsthand what it really is to be a 3D artist. For that, we’ll teach you the entire workflow, from start to finish, to produce complete scenes, from the simplest to the most complex. With this, you will not only apply everything you’ve learned so far, but you’ll also be able to understand in a practical way how to be efficient and productive when working in the most diverse scenarios and situations – and always at the highest level!

POST PRODUCTION

A quality render comes out straight from Corona. However, the truth is, there are always tweaks and refinements that can take your visualizations to the next level, and we call that “post-production”. In OF3D Masterviz you will learn to use Photoshop to extract the maximum potential from your visualizations.

ADVANCED TECHNIQUES

If you are one of those who are not satisfied with the shallow, with the superficial, you are in the right place. The elite of the Archviz market does not belong to those who settle down, but to those who seek to use the best techniques and processes. With that in mind, we decided to open the game and show you what to do to achieve technical and conceptual mastery of architectural visualization.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

FUNDAMENTALS

Animations are one of the most powerful visual aids out there when we want to present an idea, tell a story and, of course, sell a real estate development. The problem is that the most common defects in animations in the 3D architecture market are in details that often go unnoticed.

The animation doesn’t look good, and the Artist doesn’t even know why. That’s why we emphasize so much the need for a good foundation: what is, in fact, an animation? What are keyframes, curves, transitions and other basic concepts that are so important in this market? Mastering these aspects will get you started on the right foot in one of the most lucrative fields in Archviz!

CAMERA MOVEMENTS

Ever watched a movie that gripped your attention so much that you just couldn’t take your eyes off the screen? In every take, in every transition, there are camera movements that are so natural and well-designed that we often don’t even notice what’s going on behind the scenes of that footage.

Within 3D it is no different. Just imagine creating an amazing scene, and losing animation quality because the camera went too fast? Or else try to orbit an object and lose the frame because the camera was not well positioned? Rest assured, we won’t let you waste hours and hours of work by not knowing how to move the cameras the right way.

In this module, you will learn which are the most used camera movements and how to choose the ideal movement to use in your animations.

In this module, you will learn which are the most used camera movements and how to choose the ideal movement to use in your animations.

GETTING OUT OF THE BASICS

Our eyes observe life in motion every day. This is why bringing scenes to life within Archviz is so important. Yeah, just basic camera movements and “tours” inside the environments is not enough. Think about what is happening around you at this very moment: cars passing by, curtains swaying, trees and their leaves blowing in the wind, water from a swimming pool or a faucet, a fire from a fireplace, smoke from a chimney, lights going on and off all the time.

Here you’ll learn how to animate each of these fluids and objects so that your environments aren’t static and lifeless, but dynamic and full of emotion!

OPTIMIZATION

If producing static images can already be cumbersome, imagine putting them in motion! But don’t worry: there are specific techniques and procedures that will optimize your scenes and allow you to produce magnificent animations with fluidity and agility. Time is money, and here you’ll learn not to waste yours!

PLANNING AND EXECUTION

How long does it take to produce an animation? What information do you need to collect from your customer to avoid problems along the 3D movie creation workflow? How to present the movie idea to the client, before going to all the work and expense of rendering the animation? Make no mistake: to unlock the full potential that animations have for your work as a 3D artist, you need to have well-defined and structured processes.

This will save you a lot of headaches and friction with customers. Therefore, in this module we will help you develop a professional pipeline to always deliver the best result!

PRICE

How much does it cost to produce an animation? What aspects should be taken into account when pricing the production of a 3D film? How much should you charge your customers for this type of service? Those are the golden questions! After all, there’s no point in having all the technical and artistic mastery if you can’t use that talent to leverage your business’s profitability. With that in mind, we have developed a specific module to help you be confident when valuing and pricing your work!

The Unreal Engine has transformed the way we work with architecture visualizations and animations. We will share with you the best techniques and practices to work with this real-time software. You will save valuable time and achieve extraordinary results.

The method is made up of
17 ESSENTIAL STEPS

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

INTRODUCTION

Everything has a beginning! And obviously, this is where we’re going to kick off. In this step, you will learn how to install the software and all the plugins that we are going to use. You will also understand how to create a project within Unreal, understanding its interface, navigation commands, file structure and much more. This is where we’ll talk about all the necessary foundation to start your studies with this incredible software

MATERIALS

When we talk about materials, we are referring to one of the main pillars behind a realistic and optimized render. You need to know that each software uses a different work system for materials – this is what we call workflow. With Unreal it’s no different. So let’s talk about everything you need to know to represent real life textures inside Unreal, in real time, in an absolutely realistic way! And as if that weren’t enough, you’ll also learn how to convert material from other software libraries to this powerful engine!

LIGHTS

The gateway to our mind and heart are our eyes. It is through them that we can admire beautiful landscapes and incredible architectural environments. And if the eyes are the gateway, the light is the way! Therefore, we need to master how to correctly create, configure and adjust the lighting of our 3D scenes. And here we will talk about one of the biggest revolutions ever witnessed in the world of 3D: The Lumen. This technology developed by Epic Games and present in the Unreal Engine will blow your mind with the incredible results it is capable of delivering – and in real time!

INTERNAL SCENES

It is scientifically proven that we can learn by reading, listening and observing. But the most effective way of learning is through practice. With this in mind, we’re going to develop internal scenes that will allow you to explore the best of Unreal’s new technologies. We’ll work together from understanding the project, importing the models, texturing, lighting, to positioning the cameras and the final render. You’ll be amazed at how easy and fast it will be to develop breathtaking images!

EXTERNAL SCENES

If Unreal already proves to be powerful when working with interior scenes, wait until you see what it can do for exterior scenes! With reputable and well-evaluated projects, we will show you the entire pipeline of producing images that really sell. And, of course, let’s add an artistic touch to all of them, aiming for that charm that only a real 3D artist can achieve!

ANIMATION

If with static images we seek to attract attention, with animations we are able to touch the heart. After all, animations are one of the most captivating visuals out there. So let’s not limit ourselves to just static rendering. Let’s talk about camera movements, transitions, swaying trees, falling leaves, lights turning on and off, working televisions, moving cars and much more! Plus, you’ll see for yourself why Unreal is such a disruptive and revolutionary tool. Yes, we are talking about complete animations ready in a few minutes!

Time is money. Therefore, you need to be agile. If your desire is to be among the best on the market, you can’t afford to have a scene all stuck, taking a long time to render or losing hours of work because the program crashed when it should n’t ! So let’s show you how to optimize your scenes to always get the best possible performance without sacrificing the quality of your work.

VIRTUAL TOUR

This is one of the most anticipated contents by 3D artists. After all, who wouldn’t want to stand out from all the competition by having the ability to put their clients through immersive experiences when viewing their designs? Imagine being able to walk freely through the environments, being able to turn the lights on and off, change furniture and coatings, all in real time! Within Unreal For Real you will learn how to create an Interactive Virtual Tour, so you can make your customers’ eyes shine and, of course, increase your earnings and market presence!

UPDATES

The world of technology moves fast, and being stagnant is the worst thing a 3D artist could do, even more so when we are talking about software that has evolved so drastically in such a short time as Unreal. But don’t worry, we won’t let you down! With each Unreal update, we’ll show you what’s new first-hand, as well as cover all the changes that will affect your workflow, so you’ll always be up to date with what’s going on in the world of 3D.

METAHUMAN

People connect with people. But we can’t insert people into 3D scenes anyway. After all, our biggest concern is with the quality and realism of the images. With Metahumans this is an easy problem to solve. The richness of detail and ease of customization will take you to another level of inserting human figures in your scenes!
